3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed once a deposit or written confirmation is received.

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, cash, or other approved methods.

• Any additional services requested during the move may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid fees.

• Moves canceled within 48 hours may result in a partial charge to cover lost time and scheduling.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability but we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are properly packed and ready for transport unless packing services are included.

• Provide accurate information about the moving locations (stairs, parking access, etc.).

• Be present or have a designated representative on-site during the move.

6. Liability and Limitations

• Next Move Movers is fully insured; however, we are not liable for items not packed by our team or for pre-existing damage.

• Certain items such as jewelry, cash, or fragile valuables should be transported personally by the customer.

• Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the insurance coverage stated in your service agreement.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive for punctuality, but Next Move Movers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our control.
